Description
Our Client is one of the biggest European Automotive OEMs. We help our customer in design and implement embedded software for the electronic control units of the cars as well as related tools and frameworks.
GlobalLogic team is responsible for development, integration validation of multiple Middleware applications and serveices for the current and next generation car lines. We work in areas of remote software update, telematics & connectivity, context-aware systems, and application platforms.
We are committed to modern development methodologies and tools like continuous integration, agile development, and test automation to design and implement innovative and high-quality software.
In scope of the engagement you will take a management leadership over QA team working for various solutions for Automotive Middleware components. Scrum process is established with good support of internal tools and well-established Scrum rituals. Intensive verbal and written communication with the customer team members is expected.
Requirements
A proven record of solid background in QA and Test Automation.
Understanding test strategy and test plan role (following and maintenance necessity).
Hands-on knowledge & experience in Agile (Scrum, Kanban etc.) software development methodologies.
Self organization and proactiveness in daily work.
Excellent communication skills.
Facilitation and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in an enterprise environment with multiple stakeholders.
Nice to have:
Experience in automotive domain.
Certificate ISTQB Test Manager Advanced Level.

Job Responsibilities
Task distribution in the team.
Facilitation to ensure on-time service execution and delivery of high-quality software.
Take part in planning and prioritizing testing activities for different parallel projects.
Facilitation and support the development process.
Preparing and reviewing the project documentation.
Sharing status and reporting issues.
Influence into the process effectiveness by sharing the ideas and improvements proposals.
Making sure the procesess are carried out in accordance with policies and procedures to constantly improve operational effectiveness.
