Description

Or customer is a world-leading provider of 4G/5G chips and modules for the IoT market. Within a Product Validation team, you will contribute to the design and development of system regression tests and testing of the customer’s 4G solutions. The Product Validation team is responsible for defining and establishing the methodology and the environment for efficient system-level testing.

Requirements

BA, MS degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in software testing, test automation, administration or another IT-related field
Good knowledge and understanding of software testing methodologies and techniques
Experience in working with testing documentation
Experience in Linux (or other Unix-based) operating systems
Knowledge/experience in computer networks (Ethernet, TCP/IP)
At least intermediate spoken and writing English

Desired skills:
Experience working with/testing/developing the embedded systems
Basic knowledge of one or several programming/scripting languages

Job responsibilities

• Participate in the definition of the test specifications
• Participate in test execution and bug reporting
• Participate in the analysis and diagnosis of regular system regression tests
• Participate in the analysis and troubleshooting of the complex software/hardware systems
• Cooperate with the development and integration team to follow up bug resolution
