Description

The Generative AI Platform project leverages cutting-edge AI and ML technologies to develop and deploy cloud-agnostic Gen AI applications on demand and enable users to create custom solutions for Sales, Marketing, Software Engineering, and Customer Service use cases. Fully managed RAG workflow including ingestion, retrieval, and augmentation of data, securely connected to many types of information consolidated and aggregated from multiple sources. The Platform’s ultimate goal is to deliver the user-friendly LLM as a Service Model (LLMaaS) trained on internal company resources, which contributes to the adoption of AI among multiple consumers across the business.

Requirements

Education and Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and modeling
• Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and frameworks
• Data manipulation skills using libraries
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn) and data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
• Familiarity with cloud services, AWS, Azure, preferably GCP, for deploying and managing machine learning models.

Statistical and Mathematical Skills:

• Understanding of statistics, linear algebra, and calculus
• Ability to perform hypothesis testing and regression analysis

Machine Learning Model Development:

• Feature engineering and model selection expertise
• Model evaluation using cross-validation and relevant metrics

Data Preprocessing:

• Data cleaning and integration skills

Communication and Collaboration:

• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Awareness of ethical issues in data science

English level: upper-intermediate

Soft-skills:

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights in a clear and understandable manner.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Demonstrated ownership of projects and tasks, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Mentorship qualities, able to guide and support junior colleagues in their professional development.
• Initiative in identifying issues and proposing innovative solutions.

Job responsibilities

1. Conduct research on various issues related to Large Language Models (LLM) and their applications.
2. Fine-tune LLMs
3. Work collaboratively with team members to deliver high-quality results.
4. Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
5. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
6. Create clear and concise documentation using Confluence for the layman to understand the research and findings.
