Description

Join GlobalLogic, to be a valid part of the team working on a huge software project for the world-class company providing M2M / IoT 4G/5G modules e.g. to the automotive, healthcare and logistics industries. Through our engagement, we contribute to our customer in developing the end-user modules’ firmware, implementing new features, maintaining compatibility with the newest telecommunication and industry standards, as well as performing analysis and estimations of the customer requirements

Requirements

Experience

Expertise in building data pipelines and ETL processes, with tools like Fivetran, Snowflake, and DBT.
Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and tools like PowerBI , Sigma or type analytic tools for data integration and dashboard analytics reporting.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS and experience with big data technologies such as Snowflake.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally, leveraging analytical skills to present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Background & Qualifications

Masters degree in engineering or analytics.
7+ years of experience in data engineering roles, including managing pipelines and optimizing infrastructure and building visual data analytic business driven solutions.
Proven experience in leading data engineering projects, integrating data from multiple sources, and deploying analytic models to support business decisions.
Worked in small teams driving innovative solutions

Job responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Data Pipeline Design & Implementation: Build and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL processes, leveraging tools like Fivetran, DBT or Similar Transform Tools, and Snowflake. 
Data Infrastructure Development: Design and managing data lakes, warehouses, and databases to support advanced analytics and AI workflows, including the use of platforms like PowerBI, Tableau and Sigma and other BI Tools.
Collaboration with cross functional product, engineering teams and customers to understand data needs and create models that enhance Analytics and AI/ML projects
Data Quality Management: Implement frameworks that ensure data reliability across the organization, ensuring smooth integrations across systems.
Performance Tuning & Optimization: Optimize data pipelines and troubleshoot issues proactively, 
Documentation & Best Practices: Maintain comprehensive documentation of all data engineering processes, following the industry’s best practices.
