We are looking for a Data Analyst with strong expertise in SQL and a passion for turning data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to improve data pipelines, ensure data accuracy, and support decision-making through reporting and analysis.

Requirements

 

Must-Have Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role
• Experience with Databricks
• Strong SQL skills for querying and analyzing datasets
• Experience with diverse datasets and integrating new data sources
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical details to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving abilities and impact assessment of data changes
• Proficiency in documenting processes, writing specifications, and creating user guides

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Familiarity with Python for data analysis
• Knowledge of data integration, quality, and governance principles

 

Job responsibilities

 

• Work with business stakeholders to understand data needs, challenges, and goals
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across its lifecycle
• Develop and maintain automated reporting processes for key business insights
• Design and document workflows for integrating new data sources
• Implement data quality checks to maintain the integrity and accuracy of datasets
• Communicate insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical teams
• Document technical requirements, workflows, and data evaluation criteria
