Description
We are looking for an experienced product owner to define and drive the product vision and ensure the delivery of innovative and impactful solutions. Requirements
We are looking for a Product Owner with a hands-on background in Java development, Fullstack engineering, or Test Automation. This role requires a unique blend of product management and technical expertise, as the candidate will actively contribute to coding and testing while driving the product vision. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in Agile teams, managing requirements, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality features.
Hands-on experience in Java development, Fullstack engineering (React, Angular, or similar), or Test Automation.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and backlog management tools (JIRA, Confluence).
Ability to write and review code or develop automated tests as part of daily responsibilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Job Responsibilities
Act as both Product Owner and technical contributor (coding or test automation).
Define and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and stakeholders to refine requirements and ensure smooth execution.
Write and prioritize user stories and technical tasks in the backlog, balancing business and engineering needs.
Contribute to code development (Java / Fullstack) or test automation, depending on expertise.
Ensure Agile best practices (Scrum, Kanban) are followed, facilitating backlog grooming and sprint planning.
Drive continuous improvement by analyzing product performance and technical implementation.
