• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, product management, or a similar role.
• Strong SQL skills for data querying and analysis.
• Familiarity with Python for data analysis (preferred but not mandatory).
• Understanding of data integration, quality, and governance principles.
• Basic knowledge of AI/ML concepts and methodologies.
• Experience working with diverse datasets and integrating new data sources into workflows.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in documenting processes, writing clear specifications, and creating user guides.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to assess the impact of changes in data sources.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams.

Job responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs, identify pain points, and define goals for enhancing data pipelines.
• Evaluate alternative data sources for relevance, quality, and potential integration into existing systems.
• Assess the impact of changes in upstream data sources on the organization’s data workflows and downstream solutions.
• Design and document processes for incorporating new data sources into pipelines, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.
• Work closely with data engineers and ML teams to validate data inputs and outputs, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Establish and monitor data quality checks, ensuring consistency, integrity, and accuracy of critical datasets.
• Conduct impact analyses and provide actionable insights to inform decision-making on data source changes or pipeline updates.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Document technical requirements, workflows, and data source evaluation criteria for future reference.
• Create user guides or documentation to support business users in understanding data source changes and their implications.
