As a Lead QA Engineer, you’ll play a key role in transforming our platform infrastructure by enhancing our technical capabilities and improving customer service. This position offers the opportunity to shape the future direction of our platform and applications through rigorous quality assurance practices.
Wage: From 3300€ gross/monthly. Final salary will reflect your skills and experience.

Essential Qualifications:
• Strong proficiency in manual and automated testing with tools like Jenkins, and CircleCI, and experience with Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
• Proven experience in test case design, execution, and bug tracking with systems such as Jira.
• Experienced in an Agile development environment with a deep understanding of CI/CD processes.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as JavaScript, Node.js, React.js, and PHP.
• Significant experience in API and integration testing, which are pivotal at ThirdBridge.

• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of managing and motivating diverse teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of handling complex software quality challenges.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
• ISTQB certification is highly valued.

• A proactive approach to continuous learning and development.
• ISTQB certification is preferred but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the QA team’s day-to-day operations and ensure alignment with the broader business objectives and quality standards.
• Develop and refine QA processes, collaborating with development teams to understand business requirements and ensure that software solutions meet these needs.
• Design, implement, and monitor test frameworks and scripts, both manual and automated, to ensure product quality and reliability.
• Lead defect tracking and management from identification through to resolution.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by mentoring QA team members and promoting best practices in quality assurance.
• Drive the integration of QA practices across the software development life cycle and enhance testing procedures to boost overall software quality.
• Manage cross-regional collaboration with other QA leaders to unify quality assurance practices across the company.
