Description

We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee the inventory of medical equipment and ensure smooth operations within our storage facility. This role requires both organizational and technical skills, as the ideal candidate will also be responsible for assembling, soldering, and maintaining various medical device components.

Requirements

– Proven experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or a similar role.
– Strong technical skills, including experience with soldering, assembling, and basic mechanical work.
– Ability to work with various hand tools and perform minor repairs.
– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Basic knowledge of medical equipment or willingness to learn.
– Ability to work both independently and within a team.
– Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
– Experience with CAD modeling and 3D printing is a significant plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience working in a medical, healthcare or technical manufacturing environment.
– Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems.
– Basic understanding of electronics and mechanical assembly.


Job Responsibilities

– Maintain accurate records of medical equipment inventory, including tracking, organizing, and reporting stock levels.
– Ensure proper storage conditions for sensitive medical devices and components.
– Conduct periodic inventory audits and coordinate with procurement for restocking needs.
– Assemble, repair, and maintain equipment as required, using tools such as soldering irons and mechanical assembly tools.
– Perform hands-on technical work, including minor repairs, soldering, and prototype assembly.
– Collaborate with engineers and technicians to support product development and maintenance.
– Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations relevant to medical equipment handling.
