Description
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate ETL AQA Engineer to join our growing technology team within the WPP division, focusing on building technology products for some of the world’s leading media agencies. The successful candidate will work alongside developers and other members of the scrum teams of the WPP division.

Requirements
3-4+ years AQA experience.
Experience with testing Data pipeline projects (process in which raw data is ingested from various data sources, transformed and then ported to a data store, such as a data lake or data warehouse, for analysis)
GCP BigQuery or Snowflake.
Experience with any RDBMS.
Hands-on experience working with SQL queries and SQL aggregations.
Experience working with APIs directly (Postman, etc).
Experience with Behave testing.
Experience with Scrum methodology.
Adverity, dbt (Data build tool), Airflow, Microsoft Power BI would be a plus.
Experience with creating and implementing an effective test strategy from scratch would be a plus.
Self-motivated, eager to learn, and loves challenges.
Job Responsibilities
Working as a part of the distributed multicultural team and keeping communication at the high level.
Using tools like dbt/Airflow to implement tests as part of the data pipelines.
Learn new technologies and tools with the team that is starting working on the new project.
AQA of the database-related tasks as well as various stages of the Data pipeline.
Work with different RDBMS/DWH (Microsoft SQL Server, Google BigQuery), that store terabytes of data.
Working with SQL queries (joins, filtering, updating, creating, etc.) and SQL aggregations.
Calling APIs directly and understanding on a high level the technical structure of the project and be able to trouble shoot basic technical issues.
Basic managing of the test environment (validate that DBs are up and running, validate the data presence, etc.).
Managing schema objects, such as tables and views.
Proactively monitoring the database’s health.
