Description
Existing ECU Enhancement is expected to develop based on the OEM requirements. To perform the Development and validation of ECU, we expet the storng architect or Manager who understand the ADAS system from Designing to Validation in the V-Cycle will help to manage and soliutinize to the customer based on the requirements.
We expect the regular communicaton with customer and also undersanding of system requirement is must as part of every day activities
Report submission on time and nternal team communicaton is also equally important.
Communication in Japanese is must to have smooth interaction between customer and GL since the customer is Japanese and market is also for Japan region.
In this role you will take responsibility for a portfolio of ADAS projects . You will communicate with teams, other stakeholders , leadership, and other internal / Customer stakeholders. We also expect you to play an active role in pre-sales activities and internal programs.
We expect the successful candidate to have past experience being a focal point for projects, participating in pre-sales as well as to have a proven track record in People & Customer management. Experience working with distributed teams & geographically diverse customers is also required. Technical background & experience in automotive domain are a plus.
Requirements
5+ years in Developmenet of any of ADAS ECU Unit system
Past experience of being responsible for the Project
Experience in Software Development of ADAS using Vehicle CAN or any other ADAS CAN architecure
Software Developmenet based on the System requirements
Strong communication skills
Strong understanding SDLC
Experienced in ADAS ECU Development in Image processing and Qualcomm SoC
Ability to take responsibility on the project, decision maker, proactiveness
Experience with any ADAS Development
Japanese is Mandatory – Business Level Conversation Must

Development of ECU based on the Vehicle and ECU Unit requirements
Existing ECU Enhancement is expected to develop based on the OEM requirements. To perform the validation of ECU, we expet the candidate who understand the ADAS system to perform the Validation in the V-Cycle and fetech the resut to the customer based on the requirements.
Project Management activities will include the following:
– Overall understanding of the requirements
– Deisgning the ECU SOftware design specification based on the OEM requirements
– Developmenet, Verification and Validation of ADAS features
– Detailed schedule preparation and follow-up of test designs
– Tracking of the requirement and develop the software based on the unit speciications.
– Tracking of technical issues
– Communication with internal and external stakeholders for project issues
