Description
L1 Support: Initial triage and basic troubleshooting of incidents, focused on user support and
issue tracking.
Requirements
1-2 year experience in Camunda
Graduate in any discipline
ok with doing 24X7 shifts and On-Call

Job Responsibilities
Technology Expertise Required
• Camunda 21.7.x(Mandatory): Workflow optimization and monitoring using Camunda
• Optimizer, managing process automation, and handling BPMN, DMN, and CMMN
configurations.
• Kafka(Mandatory): Expertise in configuring and managing Kafka brokers, tuning
• performance, and handling message-driven architectures.
• MySQL (Enterprise)(Mandatory): Database management, performance tuning, and
• ensuring high availability for integrations with Camunda workflows.
• Kubernetes & Helm(Mandatory): Setup and maintenance of containerized applications,
• scaling deployments using Helm charts.
• Java & Springboot: Microservices-based architecture support for Camunda
• implementations.
• Cloud Technologies like CI/CD, containerization
