Description
- Pre-sale, including early project requirements clarification, rough estimation, proposal generation and tailoring the best offer for the client
- Project initiation (staffing, kick-off, recruiting, on-site visits, knowledge transfer, etc)
- Project execution (technical and organization control over project execution, budget control) and finalization
- Financial responsibility
- Hosting client visits and visiting clients
- Resource management
Requirements
- 2+ years in IT project management
- 2+ years of purely engineering AQA & QA background with great understanding of underlying base technology (-ies)
- Location Lviv only
- Solid Experience in Managing the organisation of at least 15+ people, including project and/or program management
- Experience with variety of methodologies including agile (Scrum, Scrumban, Kanba)
- Experience with different source control and task tracking systems (preferably Jira and Git)
- Proficient in setting up project management, software development and QA processes
- Good grasp of modern software development methodologies
- Strong budget management skills
- Strong People Management and People Development skills. Experience in hiring the teams.
- Upper-Intermediate English level, or higher
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to deal with and effectively manage stakeholders globally across clients, sales, delivery & HR
- Experience driving RFP and pre-sale processes.
- Education – MS or higher degree
Preferred
- Familiarity with financial planning and analysis
- Communication skills and ability to build work relationships with international clients in different time zone
- Experience with media and video streaming
- Experience with GANTT tools (i.e. MS Project)

Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for performing project and successful delivery according to requirements
- Managing a team of 20+ AQA/SDETs
- Drive project within budget and aggressive schedule
- Coordinate cooperation with internal departments
- HR performance: staff retention, attrition management, staff engagement etc.
- Building and maintaining the client relationships and customer satisfaction
- Communicate plans, status, risks and mitigation strategies to key stakeholders
- Coaching and development of strong organisation (leads), being a role model
- Support pre-sales and business development
- Developing in-house expertise in modern technologies and frameworks
