Requirements
3+ years of experience as a Product Owner in a technical environment.
Background in software development (e.g., previous experience as a developer, engineer, or technical lead, qa).
Proven ability to build products from the ground up, including planning, technical design, and implementation.
Strong understanding of software development processes, architecture, and best practices.
Experience working in Agile teams, with a deep understanding of Agile principles.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to proactively address blockers and dependencies.
Strong stakeholder management skills, able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-relevant language.
Experience using product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Aha! or similar).
Understanding of UX/UI principles and their impact on product development.
Job Responsibilities
We are looking for a Technical Product Owner with a strong background in software development and at least three years of experience as a Product Owner or Technical Project Manager. You will play a key role in shaping and driving the development of new products from concept to implementation. This position requires deep technical understanding, proactive problem-solving, and excellent communication skills to align cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Execute product development from scratch, starting from planning, technical design, and prototyping to implementation and launch.
Work closely with engineering teams, translating business and product management needs into clear and actionable technical requirements.
Proactively identify blockers and enable the team to move forward by resolving dependencies and risks.
Facilitate effective communication between developers, designers, business stakeholders, and leadership teams.
Define and maintain a well-prioritized product backlog in close collaboration with product management.
Ensure technical feasibility and scalability of product features in collaboration with architects and engineers.
Drive agile methodologies, ensuring smooth sprint planning, backlog grooming, and continuous improvement.
Track and measure product success through KPIs and analytics, making data-driven decisions to enhance product performance.
