Requirements
- GlobalLogic is seeking to recruit a Senior Administrative Specialist with strong organizational skills, effective business task management, proficiency in various types of communication, such as verbal, nonverbal, written, and visual communication, and strong teamwork skills
- Working experience 3-5 years
- English language level – B2
Job Responsibilities
- Preparing all the necessary documents and materials required to complete assigned tasks with utmost confidence and efficiency
- Conducting research and gather information to perform duties effectively and provide any required reports and information in a timely manner
- Taking on additional responsibilities to ensure the business’s overall success. This may include negotiating conditions and services with contractors and service providers, as well as leading internal projects
- Assigning new workplaces for consultants, communicate with the support team, and maintain the Tririga app
- Supervising the Reception performance
- Preparing documentation for audits and certifications
- Keeping records of fixed assets
