Requirements
- Strong English, communication, and interpersonal skills to work effectively as part of the client’s team;
- Minimum 4 years of recent backend experience with PHP;
- Experience with Docker;
- Familiarity with the Symfony framework;
- Familiarity with MySQL;
- Experience with PHP migration;
- Experience with other migrations, demonstrating the ability to understand and rewrite existing code;
- Experience migrating monolithic application into microservices;
- Experience with cloud environments;
- Competencies: Agile Mindset, communicative/ good to have a technical discussion with, cooperative and curious about the team (members), adaptable, enthusiastic and naturally keen on projects/ products, team fit;
- Principles: Scrum, agile Development, SOLID, code reviewing, pair programming;
Job Responsibilities
- Understand the existing code base;
- Rewrite code using recent technologies with good test coverage;
- Identify tactical and long-term improvements;
- Collaborate with team members and report progress on a daily basis;
- Maintain technical documentation;
