Description
We invite a Senior Embedded Software Engineer to join a growing medical device industry account. Our client is the global leader company of healthcare solutions, which contributes to human welfare by application of biomedical engineering in the research, design, manufacture, and sale of instruments or appliances that alleviate pain, restore health, and extend life for people around the world.
Our team focuses on designing and developing a scalable, easily expandable, complex software/hardware automated test platform. The system is used for automated testing of the ecosystem of embedded medical products, where the software has strong restrictions for safety and quality, power management, and memory usage. Tools and emulators/simulators development in the scope as well.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the data engineering and software development life cycle
- Strong experience in embedded SW development
- Experience with JavaScript for automation and testing is a plus
- Understanding of embedded systems architecture, operating system fundamentals, and real-time software development and testing
- Experience in HW design is a plus
- Experience with multiprocessing/multithreading
- Strong knowledge of algorithms, OOP principles
- Good analytical skills, debugging, and troubleshooting
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Self-organized personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- English level: Upper intermediate.
Job Responsibilities
- Act as an integrator of the Hardware-in-the-loop automated testing solution with custom HW components
- Develop and integrate communication between FPGA with custom FW and PC tools
- Develop and maintain FW that controls FPGA behavior for the sake of automated testing
- Collaborate with teams and management to make critical technical decisions that align with project goals
- Develop and maintain high-quality, reusable, and performant code
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams.
