Requirements
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in requirements gathering and analysis.
- Proven experience in details Process Mapping As-Is and To-Be using PlantUML, BPMN or similar.
- The ability to develop requirements and functional specification documents.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to write documentation (to cover also technical writer role)

Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Requirement collection and analysis. Capturing design inputs and analyzing the current platform design.
- Creation of UI Functional Requirements Document
- Creation of Software Requirements Specification (SRS): A detailed list of host platform software requirements.
- Engage with stakeholders within the business to ensure the business objectives are delivered.
- Assist the project team with the development of relevant recommendations.
- Create user documentation following best-in-class practices to ensure clarity and usability.
