Description
To build software using languages and technologies of the Java framework. Work with an interdiciplinary team in order to facilitate and help them developing under srcum metodology. The team will create applications from scratch and/or maintain existing code. You should be a team player and an excellent communicator. Your goal will be to collaborate on organizing the team and improve it on time in order to get the expected resultsf.
Requirements
+3 years working as team lead / manager / scrum master.
Job Responsibilities
- Help team apply the Scrum Metodology
- Measure the team velocity, capacity and all the metrics requires to show the team progress
- Detect issues and help the team solving them.
- Must be a self-starter
- Must work well in a team environment, interacting with both IT and Business stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and prioritize among competing tasks and assignments
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
