Description
We are looking for an experienced QA/Test Lead to lead our testing efforts for an enterprise-grade CRM platform. This individual will be responsible for developing testing strategies, ensuring high-quality product releases, and overseeing both manual and automated testing processes.
Requirements
Proven experience leading QA and testing efforts for large-scale enterprise applications, particularly CRM systems.
Expertise in functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
Proficiency with testing tools like Zephyr, Postman, JIRA, and performance testing tools.
Strong experience with test case design, execution, and defect tracking.
Familiarity with Agile and CI/CD processes.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify issues and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage the QA team, developing testing strategies for functional, regression, and performance testing.
Oversee the execution of manual test scenarios to ensure that the system is stable and data is accurate across all features.
Define testing plans and ensure they align with the overall project timeline and goals.
Ensure quality control by reviewing test cases, test scripts, and bug reports.
Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve issues before release.
Develop automated testing scripts to improve efficiency and coverage.
Ensure that the product meets functional and non-functional requirements, such as usability, performance, and security.
Review and approve releases, ensuring the product is free of defects and meets quality standards
