Description
The client is a world-leading provider of telecommunication solutions to mobile & fixed network operators. GlobalLogic has a long and very successful partnership with this Company started back in 2002. GlobalLogic is building a team that will be responsible for a specific area – maintenance of products that are utilized by major US telecom operators.

Requirements
At least 3 years of hands-on experience:
– Strong technical QA experience
– Selenium Webdriver
– Java
– Basic table manipulation. Proficiency in SQL
– Testing in a Waterfall environment
– Strong skills in defining, documenting, and analyzing test strategy, test plan, test cases, and test results
– Strong test case execution and troubleshooting skills
– Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to work well across teams
– Strong analytical skills – understand business processes and issues from business users
– Good level of verbal and written communication in English
Will be a plus:
– Linux experience
– Telecom Domain
Job Responsibilities
– Knowledge acquisition: learn assigned product to smallest details, become a good expert in the product
– Product test is responsible for providing an independent evaluation of the quality of the system, both software and documentation
– Create, execute & review software test plans, test cases, and reports, as necessary
– Automate regression testing
– Execute manual tests
– Product Test administration, maintenance, and support; oversee test case execution remains on plan; resolve defect roadblocks
– Create defect reports, create an execution plan
– Perform system testing, regression testing
– Work closely with the Dev team and other stakeholders to understand the project goals and requirements
– Basic table manipulation
– Understand & test complex & integrated systems
