* ASP.NET Core Proficiency Assess knowledge and skill in using ASP.NET Core, including middleware, dependency injection, and lifecycle.
* Database Management Proficient in relational & NoSQL dbs, schema design & query optimization.
* Security Best Practices Understands security principles for building secure applications.
* Event-Driven Architecture Understands event-driven systems and messaging queues.
* Microservices and Distributed Systems Experience with microservices architectures & inter-service communication.
* CI/CD and DevOps Practices Experienced with CI/CD tools & familiar with containerization/orchestration.
* Logging and Monitoring Implements effective logging & monitoring solutions.
