Job Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
– Lead and mentor a team of front-end developers.
– Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
– Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
Development:
– Design and develop user interfaces using ReactJS.
– Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
– Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
Collaboration:
– Work closely with designers, back-end developers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality products.
– Collaborate with the product management team to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
Quality Assurance:
– Write and maintain unit and integration tests.
– Ensure the application meets performance, security, and quality standards.
Continuous Improvement:
– Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
– Evaluate and implement new tools and frameworks to enhance the development process.
Required Skills:
Extensive knowledge of ReactJS and its core principles.
Strong experience with modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
Proficiency in front-end build tools and development workflow (Webpack, Babel, npm, etc.).
Experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX, etc.).
Knowledge of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
