Description
The Data Administrator will be responsible for validating, updating, and maintaining data across internal systems. The role ensures the accuracy, consistency, and timely entry of variying data-sets. The Data Administrator will work closely with technical teams and football analysts to ensure the data supports business needs and decision-making processes.
Requirements
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry.
• Proficient in using data management systems and spreadsheets
• Proficient in querying databases
• Knowledge of statistics and metrics is desirable.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic understanding of database systems or data processing workflows is an advantage.
Job Responsibilities
• Validate and input a variety of datasets into centralised systems
• Regularly assess and update datasets to ensure they are current and accurate.
• Conduct quality checks to identify discrepancies, ensuring data integrity across systems.
• Collaborate with football analysts and technical teams to support data-driven insights and reporting.
• Maintain comprehensive records and audit trails for data changes and updates.
• Assist in improving data collection processes and workflows.
• Support troubleshooting of any data-related issues.
