Description
Job Summary: Researches, analyzes, and recommends improvements to an
organization’s business processes in order to improve overall organization performance.
Requirements
Three (3) to four (4) years of relevant professional experience or a demonstrated
equivalent level of expertise.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or a demonstrated equivalent level of applicable
experience.
Strong persuasion skills are helpful.
Possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills and can manage multiple
tasks.
Strong oral and written communications capabilities.
Working understanding of finance and financial controls
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Good knowledge of Data Mapping using Tableau or PowerBI
Job Responsibilities
Studies operational and performance data to identify trends and opportunities for
improvement.
Develops project plans, communicates changes and may provide training to impacted
business units.
Brings efficiency into the business in every way.
