Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in banking and financial services to join our client’s team. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze, document, and deliver solutions for our client financial products and services. You will bridge the gap between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that our client financial systems, products, and projects meet both business goals and regulatory standards.

Requirements

Identify and analyze business requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding of the organization’s needs within the financial and corporate banking sectors.
Identify and analyze technical requirements, evaluating system capabilities, data flows, and integration points, with attention to corporate banking and financial data handling.
Translate business and technical requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications, providing clear guidance for development and testing teams.
Apply expertise in business analysis, financial analysis, and corporate banking to align project outcomes with strategic goals, regulatory standards, and user needs.
Utilize knowledge of TAML, JSON, PL/SQL, and REST API automation to design, test, and validate data integrations and API functionality.
Leverage JIRA and Agile methodologies to manage project tasks, maintain sprint and project backlogs, and coordinate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Conduct REST API testing to ensure robust data transfer, system integration, and functionality across applications, supporting seamless end-user experiences.ations


Job Responsibilities

Assist in drafting comprehensive Business Specifications, Technical Specifications, and managing the Project Backlog, leveraging Big Data insights to structure and enhance product offerings.
Provide banking expertise to address business challenges encountered during each Sprint, ensuring solutions align with industry best practices.
Analyze and interpret business needs, translating them into actionable requirements and clear specifications.
Bridge technical and business perspectives by translating technical complexities into understandable terms for stakeholders.
Serve as a representative for Project Stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, advocating for their interests and ensuring alignment with project goals.
Evaluate and analyze business data to provide actionable insights, supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Ensure software solutions meet end-user requirements by validating functionality and usability throughout the development process.
Oversee and manage the project and sprint backlogs, prioritizing user stories, tasks, and bugs based on business impact and timelines.
Facilitate Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective meetings, focusing on continual improvement and alignment with project milestones.
