Requirements:

  • Very good knowledge of computer hardware and software
  • Knowledge in asset management and user administration
  • Strong analytical skills, troubleshooting and IT workplace endpoint problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills both internal and external
  • Organized and methodical work approach with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks
  • Providing excellent user experience
  • Effective participation in team work
  • Knowledge of English at level B2

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide first level technical support for all users within the program, including HW and wide range of systems and tools
  • Diagnose and resolve operation incidents, prioritize and manage many open cases at once
  • Troubleshooting and monitoring the proper operation of the company’s IT infrastructure and services
  • Diagnosing, repairing or reporting problems with user equipment to the customer
  • Travel to remote sites to assist users if needed
  • Provide support to engineers joining the program with HW and SW deployment processes
  • Provide professional training and coaching to users
  • Solving current problems with the reporting system
  • Participating in strategic planning and technical planning for IT-related business needs (eg. newcomers setup planning)
  • Drive and Orchestrate project How-To’s, train project stakeholders (internal and external) on the structure of this documentation
