– 5+ years of experience in a contact center environment
– In-depth knowledge of performance metrics

– Good time-management skills
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
– Very strong expertise in Excel & powerpoint/Sheets
– Experience in process training design and delivery
– Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems, and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance
– Supports team manager and performs management duties
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking
– Attention to detail is a must.
– Quick learner with proven ability to lead and develop a team.
– Creative problem-solving and analysis skills.
– Desired experience in planning, strategizing and managing a project independently.
– Experience in Client communication would be an added advantage
– Provides quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints
– Managing multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating closely with product managers to ensure timely and successful delivery
– Fostering a positive and collaborative team environment by promoting open communication and mutual respect
– Setting clear and achievable team goals aligning them with organizational objectives
– Effectively delegating tasks and set realistic deadlines to optimize team productivity and efficiency
– Monitoring day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow and identify potential bottlenecks
– Tracking and analyzing team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and celebrate successes
– Identifying training needs and provide coaching and mentoring to develop team members’ skills and capabilities
– Addressing challenges and roadblocks proactively, implementing effective problem-solving strategies
– Communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs and manage expectations
