· Strong knowledge of VPN technologies (Radium, L2TP, IPSec, SSL, etc.) and remote access solutions.
· Proficiency in Windows and Linux server environments.
· Experience with server virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
· Familiarity with scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python) for automation tasks is a plus.
· Understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and security principles.

Job responsibilities
Manage and maintain server systems, including installation, configuration, and upgrades.
· Configure and maintain VPN solutions to ensure secure and efficient remote access for employees.
· Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to servers and network connectivity.
· Implement security best practices, including firewalls, intrusion detection, and VPN encryption.
· Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and policies.
· Assist in the backup and recovery processes to safeguard data integrity.
· Work on asset management, account management and inventory management
· Work on create user, update user and delete users in Snipe-IT or similar tools
· Should able to own and manage the tasks independently
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to system administration and VPN solutions.
