Description
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with over 8 years of proven experience in software engineering, particularly in embedded systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in C & C++ (11/14/17 standards), along with strong debugging, analysis, and troubleshooting skills. The role involves working with various Embedded Board Support Packages, cross compilers, and version control systems to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Requirements
• 8+ years of proven project experience in software engineering
• Experience in C & C++ (11/14/17 standard)
• Good Debugging , Analysis and Troubleshooting skills for Different Embedded Board Support Packages
• Experience with Different Cross Compilers
• Experience with git, Gtest
• Knowledge of Python
• Knowledge of ASPICE, V-Model, functional safety topics
• Very good English communication skills (verbal and written)
Job responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain embedded software applications for different Embedded Board Support Packages.
• Write efficient, maintainable code in C & C++ (11/14/17 standards).
• Troubleshoot and debug embedded systems to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and implement software requirements.
• Utilize Git for version control and Gtest for unit testing and validation.
• Work with different cross compilers and ensure compatibility across platforms.
• Contribute to the improvement of development processes and practices, including functional safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with ASPICE and V-Model software development methodologies.
• Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, with internal and external stakeholders.
