To be working for one of largest Obituary companies build their user interface applications interacting with multiple API’s for better customer experience
Requirements:
An automated test engineer would need to build and maintain test cases for both front-end and back-end services, ensuring the reliability and stability of the entire system. The tools used in our tech stack emphasize the need for someone proficient in JavaScript-based testing frameworks as well as CI/CD pipelines.
Required Skills:
CodeceptJS:
Expertise in writing and maintaining automated tests using CodeceptJS, especially for end-to-end testing of both the front-end (React.js) and back-end services (Python, Node.js).
Selenium WebDriver:
Experience with Selenium WebDriver for browser-based automation, ensuring the user interface behaves as expected in different environments.
CI/CD Pipelines:
Familiarity with Jenkins for setting up and managing automated test pipelines. The engineer would need to schedule and execute tests as part of the continuous integration process.
Test Reporting:
Proficiency with Allure for generating and analyzing test reports, providing visibility into the quality and performance of the system.
General Automation and Testing Skills:
Strong knowledge of test case creation, test data management, and handling of different testing scenarios like regression, smoke, and load testing.
Ability to integrate automated tests into the development workflow, ensuring they are executed regularly as part of the development lifecycle.
Ability to develop test plans and test cases specifically designed for AI applications, including machine learning models and data-driven processes
