Description

Our innovative and growing company is looking for an experienced candidate for the position of Software Triage Engineer.

The project involves being part of a distributed global and highly technical development team to design state-of-the-art electronic products. You will have the chance to be part of a technical team to help achieve release objectives and results that meet or exceed business partners’ and customers’ expectations. Please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications below. While this is our ideal list, we will consider candidates who do not necessarily have all of the qualifications but have sufficient and solid experience and talent.

 

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Embedded, Mechatronics, Robotics, Automatic Control, Software, Computer Science Engineering or Equivalent.
4+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.

Technical:

– C++ (advanced) – demonstrable work exp
– Testing experience.
– Bug Analysis experience.
– Bug fixing experience.

Triage Experience

Functional Testing Experience in Component Testing and feature Testing.

Develop, execute, and report Test Plans and test procedures.
Technical Problem Knowledge in Oscilloscopes, Debuggers, Tracers.
Embedded development tools Knowledge in Emulators, Analyzers.
Debugging and Bug Triage skills and experience
Conducting manual/automated test Experience
Code Analysis Tools Experience in MISRA, ruleQAC

Job responsibilities

  • Analyze and review internal and customer issues to evaluate and provide possible solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to resolve or participate in different stages
  • Design and implement solutions using Linux/QNX architectures at platform level
  • Take ownership of the delivery and promote the quality of it.
  • Help to identify gaps in implementation and testing and suggest improvements.
  • Spread communication from customer and team about the milestones, risks, and achievements.
  • Establish and Maintain the proper technical documentation and process.
