Description
Join GlobalLogic, to be a valid part of the team working on a huge software project for the world-class company providing M2M / IoT 4G/5G modules e.g. to the automotive, healthcare and logistics industries. Through our engagement, we contribute to our customer in developing the end-user modules’ firmware, implementing new features, maintaining compatibility with the newest telecommunication and industry standards, as well as performing analysis and estimations of the customer requirements.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a project manager, specifically in the field of intelligent automation. And strong knowledge of Jira/ ServiceNow and technology project tracking & reporting is preferred.
Additional knowledge, skills, experience, or training required:
• Skills/ Certifications (examples): Project mgmt. certification; Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (Preferred), , Transformation projects, Requirement gathering, Business analysis.
• Proven knowledge working on the following tools:
• 5+ years of experience in working Project Management team (Tech/ Process Improvement teams).
• Experience of process assessments based on IA toolkit.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional/ large teams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

• Lead and oversee end-to-end project management for intelligent automation initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to deadlines and financial goals while coordinating with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify potential risks, and establish clear communication channels.
• Track the implementation of intelligent automation solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. Monitor project progress, report on key performance indicators, and provide regular updates to leadership.
• identify and help address risks & issues promptly, making data-driven decisions to optimize project outcomes.
