Healthcare Salesforce Developer

Requirements:

 Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
• Customize Salesforce applications to support various business processes.
• Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to gather and analyze requirements.
• Configure and customize Salesforce features, such as workflows, process builder, validation rules, and data models, to optimize platform functionality.
• Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce implementations, including resolving defects, implementing enhancements, and providing ongoing support.
• Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry best practices to continuously improve Salesforce solutions and drive innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors, to deliver integrated solutions that meet business objectives.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
• 2-5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development and administration
• Experience in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SOQL and SQL
• Experience in designing components using Objects and Fields, Roles, Page layouts, Visual Force Pages, Apex Classes, Controllers & Triggers
• Experience in Workflows for automating business processes.
• Experience in Data Migration and SSO involving Salesforce platform.
• Familiar with REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, and Platform Events
• Familiarity with products that integrate with Salesforce and how to leverage them for business solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of handling multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills, with an ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Salesforce CPQ experience is a plus.
