Requirements:
- Any Tech Graduate, B.E. / B.Tech MCA
- Preferred experience with Linux/UNIX production environments
- In-depth knowledge of performance metrics

Job Responsibilities:
- Resolve team’s technical issues and be ready to be handson whenever required
- Set clear team goals and KPIs (S.M.A.R.T. goals)
- Delegate tasks and set project deadlines
- Do regular performance evaluation
- Create a healthy and motivating work environment and atmosphere
- Motivate team members
- Discover training needs and provide coaching
- Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
