Permanent
Hybrid – 3 Days a week onsite in Central London

At GlobalLogic we are currently recruiting for an experienced Content Creator to join one of our client projects, where you will be working with a successful team within a well known technology company.

The Content Manager role is focused on quality content production and publishing, and requires someone with strong experience in content management tools and processes, rather than content creation. We are looking for someone with very strong experience Adobe experience manager, sitecore and Acquia.

The Content team is responsible for publishing creative assets, experiences, and critical digital content to websites and other platforms across the globe. The Content Manager works closely with both the Content Management organization and external teams. This includes ownership of the content management and publishing operations in support of product launches and other digital marketing programs, including setting up and managing page structure and content in a CMS (content management system).

Requirements:

 

 

Qualifications & Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years experience with localization and managing content for a global audience, using a CMS
• Experience with investigating, diagnosis and troubleshooting issues
• Recording of troubleshooting and diagnosing CMS issues, and communicating those issues to both technical and non-technical personnel
• Deep knowledge of how content management and other related system processes work
• Ability to understand complicated processes and communicate technical terms in easy-to-understand ways for stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills, collaborative, and a demonstrated ability to work with others in an unpredictable environment, across various geos and cultures
• Proven ability to manage ambiguity effectively
• Experience creating/managing internal tools a plus
• High degree of ownership and accountability
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and patient
• Ability to balance multiple project or assignments
• Demonstrated success in business process improvement and re-engineering

 

Beneficial skills and experience:

• Knowledge of HTML, XML, JSON, and other data driven technical languages
• Experience working with a git client application (Tower, SourceTree, etc.)
• Experience working across timezone across multiple global and cross-functional stakeholders
• Demonstrated success in business process improvement and re-engineering
• Fluency in reading and speaking languages other than English

 


Job Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive daily and weekly programming instructions from business DRIs. Instructions are received via internal tools like Radar, Pitch, AirTable, Slack and Quip.
• Coordination with stakeholders on promotional plans to ensure smooth execution
of launch – such as de-conflicting global and local programming schedules
• Having an overview of the many concurrent campaigns and projects, you will need the ability to provide timely support in deploying updates, while foreseeing and managing its impact on planned future initiatives
• Complete publishing preview and build requests via standard weekly store turn and daily “mini” refresh process
• Perform content QA to maintain the high standards of Apple quality on digital platforms
• Identify, flag and review issues to be addressed by internal stakeholders, tracking required corrections to completion
• Raise support and engineering tickets for errors that cannot be resolved directly
• Contribute innovative ideas and feedback regarding processes, workflows, and tools
• Support creation of documentations of processes, workflows and tools
• Reporting on total workload, issues and trends
