GlobalLogic is hiring a senior principal architect or chief architect.
Project: Our client is one of the leading American transportation services companies. The company operates in the automotive retail, truck leasing, transportation, logistics, and motorsports industries. This project’s goal is to modernize their Rental applications using a microservices architecture.
The starting base salary range for this role is estimated to be $150000 to 200000. This salary range is based on the role and is provided as a good-faith estimate. The amount offered may be higher or lower. GlobalLogic takes many factors into making an offer, including candidate qualifications, work experience, operational needs, travel and onsite requirements, internal peer equity, prevailing wage, responsibilities, and other market and business considerations. #LI-AK2
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in software development, architecture, and design of Java Based Applications.
- 5+ years of experience in architecting Microservices-based solutions.
- 3+ Years of experience in architecting Micro Front Ends using Angular and other UI Frameworks.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns and principles.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers.
Good To Have
- Experience with MongoDB Schema design and adopting MongoDB Patterns.
- Experience with DevOps tools and practices.
- Experience with API design and management.
- Experience with distributed tracing and monitoring.
- Experience with security and compliance best practices.
