The Sr Analyst / Qlik and Data analysis expert is a well-rounded individual with knowledge of
financial and business operational data, creating insightful dashboard to enable storytelling, data
analytics, good communication, interpersonal, presentation and social skills. This role requires a
consistent track record in supporting business operations functions and delivering insights based on
data. Creates and enjoys being part of an environment that promotes customer centricity, customer
experiences, teamwork, accountability and positive attitude.
You will be part of a vibrant and growing team. A growing and vibrant team that generates insights
and supports planning and performance operations for the CX organization.
There will be a dashboard development, data systems and tools transformation, project
management, results accountability, cross-functional collaboration, creative ideas and “rolling up the
sleeves” to resolve tactical issues. You are able to challenge the status quo by demonstrating a
willingness to re-invent the current process and policies, and adopt change as a challenge.

Job responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Developing dashboards, KPI reports, analyzing data and gathering insights
Analyzing data and developing dashboards and powerful visualizations
Developing insights on data in partnership with stakeholders
Supporting modeling and frameworks
Modeling of data to enable decision making of investments
Gathering insights from the data and develop, present readouts on results,, trends, insights,
variances
Identifying and flag risks, propose mitigation plans and opportunities
Project managing and stakeholder with partnership to execute on tasks of varying complexities
