GlobalLogic is inviting a senior leader to join its Communication sales team. You will become one of the contributors to the success and growth of our business in innovative solutions development. The main focus will be towards one of telecom streams with our key customer, which is a world-leading provider of 5G telecom solutions, software and services to CSPs all over the globe.
As an AI Solution Architect, you will participate in Telco customer pre-sales activities, including developing AI offering materials and engaging with customers to understand their needs, presenting tailored solutions, and demonstrating the potential impact of AI technologies.
Requirements
Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
Experience: Strong background in crafting and implementing AI, GenAI, and Machine Learning systems in production environments.
Technical Skills:
Proven experience with large language models (LLMs) in production, particularly within the Telco industry.
Proficiency in Python and R.
Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
Telco Expertise is a must:
Significant experience in Telco domains, including Software and Use cases development in RAN, Core, or IP Networking.
Familiarity with standardizations and technology trends such as ETSI, 3GPP, IETF, CNCF, TMFORUM.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and leadership abilities, capable of growing in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Language: Swedish language skills are considered a plus.
Job responsibilities
Participate in pre-sales activities with a proactive approach.
As a Presales Solution Architect, you will provide expert technical support to the account and delivery teams.
Lead the preparation of technical proposals, bringing to bear your knowledge in AI and GenAI.
Assist with technical cost estimations and solution breakdowns.
Present technical project proposals to customers and lead subsequent discussions.
Engage in workshops and drive geo-distributed engagement teams.
Identify impacts and risks associated with new solutions and recommend evolutionary paths.
Share knowledge, mentor team members, and bring recommendations for new architectures.
Interact with customers and third-party suppliers to ensure flawless execution of projects.
