The relocation bonus is intended to support candidates during the relocation process, including covering some expenses. Candidates may use this bonus to cover transportation if they wish.
The relocation bonus is $3000 USD net (in PLN) and will be paid with your first salary in Poland. Additionally, the company supports obtaining a required work permit
The relocation bonus aims to support you during the relocation process and cover some of your expenses. The sufficiency of this amount depends on your personal needs and preferences.
The bonus amount is consistent regardless of the origin within the EU, so candidates relocating from any country outside of Poland will receive the same bonus.

Legal and Administrative Support
The visa processing time depends on the candidate’s country of origin, nationality, and individual circumstances. On average, relocation from outside the EU to Poland takes 4-6 months.
Work authorization for dependents depends on the type of temporary residence permit or visa issued. Therefore, dependents may or may not be allowed to work in Poland.
Yes, we assist with family relocation. Family members typically apply for a dependent visa (Visa D). Further legalization in Poland depends on the employee’s status.

From a legal perspective, Poland should be your main place of residence if you work for a Polish employer.
Work permit processing can take up to three months. We provide the project with an approximate start date and updates on the permit and visa process. If the start date is delayed, the project team will decide on further actions.

Yes, an original diploma and its supplement are required for the EU Blue Card application. In some cases, proof of five years of experience in the field may also be required.
