Description:
Our client is an American wireless network operator.
Requirements:
o Need a SRE/DEVOPS engineer with experience in building CI/CD pipelines in
GitlabCI tool
o 5+ years of experience in building pipelines in Gitlab
o 5+ years of experience in deployments of Springboot API in non production as
well as production deployments
o 3+ years of experience in Java technologies
o Expertise in Splunk logging and reporting to be able to build Splunk dashboards
o Should be able to create production deployment plans and validation plans for
deployments
o Must be able to work with Springboot APIs and engage team in deployment
issues.
o Should have experience in Kubernetes and docker image creation and deploying
application using docker on Kubenertes.
o Able to analyze Kubernetes platform issues with PODs and detect when POD
scaling is happening and why.
o Experience in API gateway security like POP and JWT tokens
o Should have experience in certificate and keys creation and provisioning.
Job Responsibilities:
o Attend all scrum ceremonies
o Work as a technical lead to provide solution when team has technical issues
o Work on user stories to deliver in a timely manner
o Triage and troubleshooting issues in all ENV including production
o Maintaing deployment pipeline for all environments
o Pick up code and configuration deployment requests and follow necessary steps
to deploy code an config through pipelines and ensure applications are running in
the environment
o Make sure to respond and address with the help of necessary stakeholders post
deployment issues
o Detect and report environment instabilities in non production env and work with
team for resolution.
o Own the stability of NPE environemnts.
