Job Responsibilities:

• .Net Development, SQL and VB6
• Should be able to lead a team of 5-7 developers and QA
• Need to be very good in handling customer call/requests as a lead
• Good in project planning, team work planning, doing reviews, enhance delivery processes etc.
• Good solid confident communication
• Help developers resolve technical problems
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both in writing and verbally
• Excellent listening, negotiation, presentation, organizational and management skills
• Good experience with Agile methodologies
• Healthcare domain experience is a plus

• Interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated, team player, action and results oriented
  • Well organized, good communication and reporting skills
  • Ability to successfully work under tight project deadlines
