Description

The requirements received from our client is that the proposals should be present in thier office 2-3 days / week.

Our client is one of the most important banks from Romania where we already have a significant contribution.

The role involve scrum master relevant activities mostly but also project and delivery management.

The business area is reprezented by data analytics and AI (more than 200+ persons in 4 labs).

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leadership and Scrum master role, in an agile environment.
  • Technical experience as a developer, tester, or business analyst will help if this is not possible, banking skills are mandatory for non technical proposals.
  • Strong understanding of agile values, principles, and frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to coach and mentor team members in the use of Scrum and or other agile frameworks.
  • Ability to facilitate meetings and facilitate decision-making within the team.
  • Strong ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities.
  • Calm and collaborative approach when operating under pressure, with a willingness to compromise to find solutions.
  • Intense customer focus and attention to detail.
  • Ability to identify and remove barriers to progress, and to escalate issues as necessary.
  • Expected a minimum of 3 relevant years of experience.

 

Nice to have:

  • Scrum Master certification (e.g. Certified Scrum Master or Professional Scrum Master).
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. computer science, business, or engineering) is preferred, but not required.

Job responsibilities

  • Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning meetings, sprint review meetings, and sprint retrospective meetings.
  • Help the team to continuously improve their processes and practices, using techniques such as retrospectives and process improvement workshops.
  • Identify and remove any barriers that may impede the team’s progress, and escalate any issues that cannot be resolved within the team
  • Work with the product owner to help prioritize and refine the product backlog.
  • Help the team to communicate effectively with other stakeholders in the organization, including Product Managers, Product Owners, and Designers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of the team’s progress, using tools such as burn-down charts and velocity charts.
  • Foster a culture of self-organization, empowerment, and accountability within the teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization by identifying areas of enhancement and implementing best practices.
