Requirements:
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Python 3 (5+ years)
- Experience in test automation in Python (2+ years)
- Experience in analysing requirements and creating test designs and test suites
- Strong knowledge of OOP principles and design patterns
- Experience in creating and documenting software designs
- Problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Scrum (Agile)
- Working knowledge of Source Code Control Systems (Git, Gitflow)
- Familiarity with core engineering practices including versioning, CI/CD, quality assurance
Nice to have
- Experience with test automation systems architecture
- Understanding of an experience with keyword-driven testing
- Experience with the Robot Framework
- Experience with CI/CD practices
- Experience with Azure DevOps
- Knowledge of C#, in application to Windows WPF-based apps
- Experience with Docker
Communication and Collaboration
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams
- English level: B2+
Job Responsibilities:
- Implementation of a test automation framework and platform components in Python.
- Designing a keyword-driven test automation framework – most likely based on the Robot Framework, with Python-based components under it.
- Creation of keyword-driven tests for a software + hardware system.
- Debugging and maintaining automated tests, performing dry and formal runs of automated test suits.
- Creating technical documentation related to automated tests.
- Communication with the client regarding project status/needs/requirements.
- Documentation creation.
