We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with over 8 years of experience in software engineering, specializing in embedded systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in C & C++ (11/14/17 standards), experience with cross compilers and makefiles, and a solid understanding of ASPICE, V-Model, and functional safety topics.

Requirements

• 8+ years of proven project experience in software engineering, specifically in embedded systems.
• Strong experience with C & C++ (11/14/17 standards).
• Experience with various cross compilers and makefiles.
• Solid knowledge of ASPICE, V-Model, and functional safety topics.
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting skills in embedded systems.
• Very good English communication skills (both verbal and written)

Job responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize embedded software applications in C & C++ (11/14/17 standards) for various platforms.
• Work with different cross compilers and makefiles to ensure smooth integration and build processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and understand system requirements and translate them into high-quality software solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize embedded systems, ensuring robust performance and reliability.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards, including ASPICE, V-Model, and functional safety practices, throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, providing clear technical documentation and regular updates.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, best practices, and tools.
