Experience leading support team in shifts
8-10 years exp. in Azure / AWS platforms
Fully aware of the DevOps cycle with hands-on on deployment models to the cloud
Experience in monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Application Insights,DataDog
Experience in Containerization technologies
Exposure to Microservices environment
In-depth experience on Cloud Native application deployment and related processes.
Extensive experience on automation tool like Jenkins to implement the End-to-End Automation.
Experience working on atleast one of the orchestration platforms such as AKS, RedHat OpenShift etc.
Extensive knowledge of Implementations, management, troubleshooting, configuration, and migrations is preferred
Proficient in the use of methodologies supported by Cloud Ops best practices
Good working Knowledge of scripting languages like Shell, Bash, Python etc
Able to work in ambiguous situations/environments; demonstrated ability to break down problems into constituent parts and develop and drive plans for resolution
Strong documentation ability capable of developing detailed how to guides
Ability to mentor junior staff members
Proficient in working in Windows and Linux server environments
Front line support for Cloud Monitoring – Infrastructure and Application
Respond, troubleshoot and resolve production alerts
Communicate and troubleshoot operational issues supporting a complex environment
Initiate Incident Response for cloud outages
Analyze trends to pro-actively prevent incidents
Scale infrastructure capacity on production
Must feel comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic and flexible environment
Participation in an on-call rotation and operate effectively in a global 24×7 environment
Demonstrated excellent customer service skills; ability to build strong formal and informal relationships

Front line support for Cloud Monitoring – Infrastructure and Application
Respond, troubleshoot and resolve production alerts

Initiate Incident Response for cloud outages
Analyze trends to pro-actively prevent incidents
Scale infrastructure capacity on production
Help the customer define helpful SLI’s, SLO’s, and SLA’s for their services
Implement SRE practices such as error budgets, error budget policies and post-mortems
Automate everything by leveraging state of the art tools and frameworks
Establish intelligent infrastructures using cloud native and/or container-based platforms
Train teams to become a continuously improving, customer centric team
Optimize overall operations through opportunities for continuous improvements and implement them.
Excellent communication and client relationships experience, leading from front
Deep experience at granular level in the space, and ability to get deeper into things with hands-on mindset.
