Job Responsibilities:
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic healthcare domain project. The Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating Agile ceremonies, ensuring smooth communication between cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement. This role is key in delivering high-quality software solutions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Reviews).
Ensure adherence to Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
Act as a liaison between development teams, stakeholders, and product owners.
Track project progress and maintain transparency through Jira.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and agile best practices.
Support integrations with other systems and ensure smooth delivery of features.
