Requirements:
Solution Package Driver – 5G RAN
The Role:
GlobalLogic is looking for a Solution Package Driver to work in Industry leading 5G RAN architecture and solutions. The SP Driver works with teams that have end-to-end responsibility for 5G features, or a part of the 5G architecture improvements together with teams across geographical locations. An SP Driver breaks down the main requirements together with the teams. The SP Driver works closely with surrounding organizations.
Responsibilities:
The SP Driver works with teams that have end-to-end responsibility for 5G features, or a
part of the 5G architecture improvements together with teams across geographical
locations. An SP Driver breaks down the main requirements together with the teams. The SP
Driver works closely with surrounding organizations.
− Guide teams in the implementation of architecture, functionality, and features.
− Ensure the backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to everyone.
− End-to-end feature responsibility, starting from all the way from the systemization to
customer delivery with good quality.
− Show engagement in continuous improvements in products and processes.
− Responsible for planning with help from teams and delivery of a feature.
− Responsible for integration and verification of features.
− Responsible for securing resources in terms of both people and equipment for a feature
with support from the line and program management.
Requirements:
– Good understanding of 5G RAN architecture, principles, and functionalities
– Understanding of O-RAN architecture is an added advantage
− System thinking and problem-solving skills.
− Ability to think out of the box to address risks and challenges until customer delivery.
− Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate optimal across organizations.
− Experience of product development and working in a large organization.
− Ability to explain and lead on all levels: Developers, line managers, product managers,
and other technical leaders.
− Excellent agile and lean knowledge and skills.
− Experience as project manager or agile product owner.
− Good (not only basic) English knowledge – understand, speak and write.
– Excellent communication skills.
– Excellent documentation skills.
Qualification:
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
– Proven experience (10+ years) for telecom/5G RAN development projects.
