Requirements

We are looking for a highly communicative and technically versatile Principal Platform Integration Engineer to lead the design and development of scalable, reliable integrations across our platform ecosystem. This role blends engineering excellence with cross-functional collaboration, empowering you to turn complex requirements into simple, reusable solutions that are easy for others to build upon. If you thrive in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment and enjoy creating clear, developer-friendly integration examples, we’d love to meet you.

• Proven expertise in AWS solutions with strong architecture and design capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to anticipate requirements and proactively align engineering efforts with broader business goals
• Hands-on experience managing containerized services in production environments
• Skilled at creating and maintaining reusable, well-documented integration examples and starter kits for internal and external developers
• Comfortable navigating competing priorities, making decisions, and managing stakeholder expectations
• Experienced in collaborating across distributed teams and multiple time zones
• Strong interpersonal and soft skills, with the ability to build relationships across technical and non-technical teams
• Excellent communication and writing skills, capable of simplifying complex technical concepts for diverse audiences

Job responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack integrations between internal platforms and third-party systems, ensuring stability, scalability, and security
• Serve as a communication bridge between engineering, product, and partner teams, translating technical needs and priorities with clarity
• Proactively identify integration requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to enable smooth delivery with minimal friction
• Write and maintain “Hello World”–style integration examples and technical templates to support engineers organization-wide
• Deploy and manage containerized integration services in cloud environments
• Contribute to and uphold documentation standards to ensure integrations are easy to understand, extend, and maintain
• Manage competing priorities across multiple initiatives, balancing technical feasibility with business impact
• Collaborate across time zones, participating in distributed team syncs and global integration initiatives
