Description:
We are looking for a Manager Prompt engineering .The primary role is to harness the power of prompt-based models, such as GPT (Generative Pre-trained Transformer) models, to generate human-like text or responses to specific queries or tasks These models have a wide range of applications, including natural language understanding, chatbots,content generation, and more A Prompt Engineer is responsible for configuring and fine-tuning these models to produce desired outputs efficiently and effectively strategies
Requirements:
Proficiency in NLP concepts and techniques
Proficient in Prompt engineering
Understanding of deep learning fundamentals,especially transformer-based models like GPT.
Ability to design effective prompts that produce desired AI model responses.
Awareness of ethical considerations in AI, especially in text generation, and strategies to address biases and fairness issues
Knowledge of techniques to optimize the quality and diversity of generated text
Proficiency in monitoring model behavior and debugging issues in real-time
Experience in any Gen AI based platform like Azure AI, Google Vertex AI, Amazon Bedrock and Kendra.
Experience In programming language Python.
Experience in Deep learning, Pytorch, tensorflow.
Knowledge of LLM like Open AI GPT 3.5 turbo/ 4.0, Anthropic Claud, LLaMA, Google Gemini, text bison, PaLM 2 is a must.
Experience in leading teams of Data analyst, Prompt engineers, data scientist.
Experience working with cross functional teams like data science, Engineering, DevOps.
Good experience in Stakeholder management.

Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain generative AI platforms, ensuring its efficiency, reliability, and scalability to meet the requirements.
• Utilize expertise in Prompt Engineering to design and implement innovative solutions for workflow orchestration, leveraging tools such as Python, GPT, Pytorch, tensorflow .
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, and other engineers, to identify opportunities for AI and analytics-driven improvements
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, analytics, and Prompt Engineering, ensuring remains at the forefront of innovation and maintains a competitive edge in the industry.
• Leverage Azure/Amazon/Google platform experience to optimize the performance, security, and cost-efficiency of generative AI platforms and related infrastructure.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of the generative AI platform, proactively identifying and addressing potential bottlenecks, vulnerabilities, or other issues that may impact its effectiveness.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for decision-makers.
